1. 安全标准:IEC 60601体系1. The IEC 60601 framework

医用电气设备通用安全标准IEC 60601-1及并列标准(EMC 60601-1-2等)对漏电流、绝缘、爬电距离提出严格要求。线束选材(绝缘等级、阻燃UL94 V-0)与布线设计(强弱电隔离)要按整机认证目标反推。

IEC 60601-1 and its collateral standards govern leakage, insulation and creepage; select wire (UL94 V-0) and routing from the machine's certification target backward.

2. 与患者接触的部分:生物相容与可消毒2. Patient-contact parts: biocompatible, disinfectable

接触患者的导联线(心电、血氧)外被需生物相容、低过敏,耐酒精擦拭消毒不老化发白;线身光滑无孔隙,减少病菌藏匿。这部分线材通常需要客户指定医疗级牌号。

Patient-contact leadwires need biocompatible, hypoallergenic jackets that survive alcohol wipes; smooth jacket surfaces resist pathogens.

3. 信号质量:微弱生理信号的抗干扰3. Signal quality: guarding weak physiological signals

心电信号毫伏级,屏蔽与绞距设计决定波形纯净度;传感器线(血氧、温度)注意屏蔽层接地方式,避免工频干扰叠加。低噪设计要经过整机联调验证。

ECG signals are millivolt-level; shielding and twist pitch decide waveform purity, and low-noise designs need system-level verification.

4. 可靠性与追溯4. Reliability and traceability

医疗设备寿命10年+,线束做寿命与弯折验证(设备推车、臂式悬挂反复移动);生产全程批次追溯,检验记录留存,配合客户体系审核。

Devices live 10+ years; verify flex life for cart and boom movement, and keep full lot traceability and inspection records for audits.
