接触患者的导联线（心电、血氧）外被需生物相容、低过敏，耐酒精擦拭消毒不老化发白；线身光滑无孔隙，减少病菌藏匿。这部分线材通常需要客户指定医疗级牌号。
Patient-contact leadwires need biocompatible, hypoallergenic jackets that survive alcohol wipes; smooth jacket surfaces resist pathogens.
3. 信号质量：微弱生理信号的抗干扰3. Signal quality: guarding weak physiological signals
心电信号毫伏级，屏蔽与绞距设计决定波形纯净度；传感器线（血氧、温度）注意屏蔽层接地方式，避免工频干扰叠加。低噪设计要经过整机联调验证。
ECG signals are millivolt-level; shielding and twist pitch decide waveform purity, and low-noise designs need system-level verification.
4. 可靠性与追溯4. Reliability and traceability
医疗设备寿命10年+，线束做寿命与弯折验证（设备推车、臂式悬挂反复移动）；生产全程批次追溯，检验记录留存，配合客户体系审核。
