XT-series connectors (XT30/XT60/XT90), born in the RC hobby world, are now widely used in robotics, storage and power tools thanks to low contact resistance and reverse-polarity protection. Choosing the wrong size means melted housings.

1. 按持续电流选，不按峰值选1. Size by continuous current, not peak
额定值是持续电流上限。机器人关节短时峰值可能到额定2倍（可短暂容忍），但长期工作电流必须留30%余量。把XT30用在25A持续回路里，夏天密闭舱温下就是隐患。
Ratings are continuous limits. Keep 30% margin on steady current; short peaks of 2x are tolerable briefly.
2. 线径与端子必须匹配2. Match wire gauge to terminals
XT30端子适合16-20AWG线材，XT60适合12-14AWG。线径不匹配会导致压接不牢或插不进端子筒。我们交付的XT30关节线束即采用18AWG动力+24AWG信号混合结构，端子与线径一一对应压接。
XT30 terminals suit 16-20AWG, XT60 suits 12-14AWG. Mismatched gauges cause bad crimps. Our XT30 joint harnesses pair 18AWG power with 24AWG signal, each crimped to match.
3. 认准镀金端子与阻燃壳体3. Insist on gold-plated terminals, flame-retardant shells
正品XT端子为铜镀金，接触电阻毫欧级；劣质镀层易氧化发热。壳体应为PA/尼龙阻燃材质（UL94 V-0等级为佳）。采购端子时要求供应商提供材质与镀层报告。
Genuine XT terminals are gold-plated copper with milliohm contact resistance; demand material and plating reports, and flame-retardant PA housings (UL94 V-0 preferred).
4. 场景速查4. Quick application guide
机器人关节/小舵机回路→XT30；AGV、扫地机、割草机主驱→XT60；大功率PACK对外放电→XT90或换金属连接器。插拔频繁的维修口建议选带护套版本。
Robot joints → XT30; AGV/mower main drives → XT60; large PACK outputs → XT90 or metal connectors; use booted versions at service ports.
